About The Course
This course offers you the opportunity to truly discover what works for you in supporting your mental health. The four modules are based on the main elements I explore with 1-1 clients in my private practice. We look at where you are now, what has brought you to the point of wanting to develop an emotional well-being toolkit, and take time to identify the strategies that will support you moving forward.

This is a 4 week self-paced course, a guide and companion on your journey to self-discovery and increased sense of fulfilment.
Over the next 4 weeks I will be inviting you to consider a range of topics exploring your sense of self and identity, your relationships, your values and your sense of purpose, and their impact on your wellbeing over-all.
We will look together at practical strategies to support you on your journey, as well as experimenting with a range of approaches to help you in creating your individual mental well-being toolkit.
Please give yourself permission to move forward at a pace that feels right to you. There is no right or wrong way to engage with this process, but I invite you, as I invite all of my clients, to approach the journey with curiosity, playfulness and compassion.
